Welcome to our Blakes Legacy Community Site

The Blakes Legacy Community began its development in 2012 and has grown into a residential family community located northwest of Bel Air, Maryland. The Blakes Legacy Community consists of three sections (Blakes Legacy 1, Blakes Legacy 2, and Blakes Legacy West).

Blakes Legacy 1 is located just off of Red Pump Road with its main entrance on Blakes Legacy Drive. Blakes Legacy Drive is a no outlet road with the only access in or out is from Red Pump Road. Blakes Legacy Drive has two smaller roads (Sir Pauls Place and Altas Place) that have no outlet other than Blakes Legacy Drive. Blakes Legacy 1 has multiple single family homes that have been constructed by Richmond American, Bob Ward and Clark Turner.
Blakes Legacy 2 is located just off of Red Pump Road as well with its only entrance on Swearingen Drive. Swearingen Drive is a no outlet road as well with the only access in or out is from Red Pump Road. Blakes Legacy 2 multiple single family homes that have been constructed by Richmond American and Bob Ward.
Blakes Legacy West is located off of Grafton Shop Road on Saddle View Way. Blakes Legacy West has a smaller amount of single family homes that have been constructed by Richmond American.
